Your Role as an Operations Manager
- Manage Projects: manage administrative tasks with a strong attention to detail during project preparation, delivery and follow-up
- Schedule & Coordinate: schedule projects in coordination with clients, vendors, and teammates, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate timing updates
- Manage Performance: track and report project KPIs with Lead Electricians and leadership and share recommendations for improvements
- Drive Efficiency: create scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations, i.e. help us work "better, faster, smarter"
- Lead Strategic Projects: provide support on strategic projects and ad hoc tasks for leadership
What are the Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of project management or business operations experience professionally, through post-secondary education, or combination therein
- Proficiency with typical business software applications including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive attitude, solutions-oriented mindset, strong drive, and desire to learn
